School Programs

Diversified Cooperative Training Program: This program is made up entirely of students from the Bedford School System. There are three paid student positions offered during each school year.

Community Job Skills Students: This is an unpaid student training program in which students are partnered with various departments/workstations to learn a variety of job skills. The program lasts throughout the school year and is overseen by a teacher supervisor.

Community Education Programs

From February through November, educational seminars are conducted on-site on a variety of healthcare topics. These seminars are open to the public and are free of charge. The seminars are facilitated by physicians and other healthcare professionals from UH Bedford Medical Center and University Hospitals Health System. In many cases, the seminars may be coupled with health screenings related to the topic. Click here for more information on upcoming community education programs.

UHHSBMCHealth Fairs

In addition to on-site health-related events, the hospital participates in many civic, church and company employee health fairs.
